Weekend Indie Game Deal on Steam
The price-war on indie games has really heated up recently - particularly in the casual game arena. Valve has already been playing with prices on weekends for several games, but this week they are pretty much taking the cake on deep discounts for indie games. $9.99 for five indie games.
I'm actually a little bit conflicted about the pricing, myself. But hey, it's silly not to take advantage of a deal like this if you are interested in any of the games.

Being a cheap bastard, I usually buy them when they're this cheap, but I can't make myself this time. I've already bought the indie games I want from Steam and unfortunately don't want even one of the games in that bundle.
For $10, even 1 would be enough. Sucks to be one of those 5 devs though.

I would feel a little more conflicted about it if the developers of I-Fluid had not abandoned their game completely, leaving you (the consumer) with a totally non-functional game that crashes instantly when you try to play it.
Their forum tagline? "Share your vision on what I-Fluid offers as an original and independent game!" Ha ha ha.
Their technical-support subforum? Dead. Two moderators. One hasn't so much as visited the site in a month and twenty days; the other hasn't shown any interest in the game since August of 08.
Well done, Team I-Fluid. You are a shining paragon of the indie community.
What I don't get: why did Valve decide these idiots would be a good choice for this package?
